Soft Surfboard

Macski manufactures a range of hardcore soft surfboards – the Wave Warrior Soft Surfboard.

A full range of sizes is available – 4’8″, 5’6″, 6’1″, 6’6″, 7’0″, 8’0″, 9’0″.

This is the ideal learn-to-surf board.

These boards have a durable polyurethane core covered with a layer of EVA foam rubber. This allows the rider to learn with confidence, knowing that he cannot get hurt.

Even the fins, which can usually be dangerous, are safe. Made from polyurethane rubber, the fins are rigid enough to deliver the performance required, and flexible enough to be totally safe.

All surfboards have multiple fibreglass stringers running the full length of the surfboard, as well as fibre-mesh reinforcing strips. This gives the Wave Warrior surfboard the 2 qualities that make it stand out above other soft surfboards – rigidity and strength. For decent performance on a wave, a surfboard needs to be rigid, and not flex while riding. The L-profile fibre-glass stringers provide incredible rigidity and make the surfboard super strong. This is demonstrated by the fact that Wave Warrior surfboards can be spanned across a gap with supports at either end, and an adult can stand in the middle of the board with hardly any deflection, and no hint of breaking.

Another unique feature about our Wave Warrior soft surfboard is that it has a genuine surfboard leash plug moulded into the centre fibre-glass stringer. This leash plug will never pull out!

The fin system developed by Macski has 3 recessed fibre-glass fin boxes built into each board. The fins slot into these boxes and are fixed in place with one screw. Having easily removable fins is great for travelling, and especially for replacement of broken fins.
